The Surveying seem (so far as is apparent to us laymen) to be done and now is properly dredged in the construction field. In the area of future road, the topsoil is eroded.

Our land is staked out, we have already run once for every five corners. Very muddy affair! We now always "visit" with rubber boots.

We are very pleased with the progress! Especially since it was in the past two weeks, sometimes very cold. Work was apparently won. Prima. We are confident that we can begin construction in summer.
