We had 3 day visit, which was a welcome change. Despite drizzling rain pretty lousy weather, we were traveling, and how many times: On the road the weather is not so bad then! What 4 large umbrellas cause but once again it all.

The starting position for the 4th SOL Milestone was very bad:
increasing working hours in the company and 1 week vacation to take the decision, no books and study guides!

Time as the most important resource was even tighter than in the 1 Phase.

The basic interest in the issue is still there, but the motivation generally have fallen sharply, the lack of time puts pressure on the mood. Reinforced
the motivation is still falling, the fact that I put my private learning projects directly into the e-test project and therefore could benefit from SOL.

With the global e-knowledge test, the review of various issues in the Legal & Compliance is achieved when all global MA regardless of their function and role. The aim of the project is now to all content, so questions on the subject according to the different demands on function, role, but also the requirements of the country-specific laws to coordinate. to assess their quality, design the tests on the learning platform to create prototypes and on time intrude.
first How to
I first conventionally in the book "Project Manager" Chapters planning and project structure plan process. The theory I had not fully understood, as has been described in some cases very detailed and the examples were presented very superficial. I was however quite clear that I have broken even more than in my previous projects because of the complexity of the new project, the upcoming content and tasks.

First I acquired my theory, and knowledge construction has taken place with the exchange with the colleagues and the actual use.

My time requirements are not I met. I have not managed to occupy myself every week with the subject. The results are this week (17-22-7.) Emerged. The timing was probably far too optimistic, I'll have to adjust them for the next sub-goal, because it is the time resources do not look better for me.
6th What are the challenges I have encountered?

So I used the time for my SOL collection of material. In order not to lose myself in the jungles of the PM literature, I search out my documents from last year's seminar, surf in the project magazine and leaf through a real physical PM-book. That should be enough for now.
The ideas are already in the head during the week progressed, however, the reaction was carried out only today, Pentecost Sunday!
The time management is to my mind is not yet optimal. Maybe it will be with me here in Associated with SOL also bring out improvement.
