Hello my friends,

think I can not, but this is probably the last entry I write here at home in Shakopee. Incredibly, it still can not believe that I will get Friday night at 7:30 clock in the plane to Seattle and my life will leave here ... :-(

Since I n bit Zet reinschreiben left'm with here have, I believe I do a lot to catch up ...

Penultimate week Saturday evening was Janine's farewell party and then went to downtown to a club or in 2 because wirs in first you do not have endured for more than half an hour:-D

Sat morning at 7 we went out again because I had an au pair meeting fitness hour. After that I was first flattened and have done nothing until the afternoon children's birthday Will decency. The good was 4, he got by me a couple of Chucks:-D

evening we went to eat and Janine has stayed.
Sun Will came by 8 clock crawled into our bed, then slept again, however, was beautiful and the afternoon we went to Maike, Tiffy, Tiffy's girlfriend Mary and Janine Dtld to downtown Minneapolis and then to Lake Calhoun. And then it was already over the weekend.

Midweek gabs then many play dates with Janine, since it was her last week and we were with her always in the neighborhood pool:)

there was a football Playdate, Vanessa and Janice came, each with their 2 boys, Maike came without Children and then was seen together World Cup, Germany and Ghana, full Dtld equipment and a great atmosphere. This win-win Dtld had simply stated)

Friday night then farewell to Janine and Mike :-( we took her to the airport, find nec Maike then first of its Hostmom was eRUF and warned, was that the universe is a storm there and stones coming down to earth can:-D

Although I was all day depressed to death that Janine is now actually, but at the airport have ego sometimes not re- so really realized, and yet was in good spirits. The parting was therefore not so dramatic, just everything was too unreal ... We both have all year to talk about so often on our end here, all the time with God and try to imagine it's only one more week " etc., and I remember when it was "about 200 days" and now it is so far, really weird ... Well, the next day took off already, that I've missed it ...:-(: - D

Maike and I drove back, then had to turn back but again, as Maike had left her mobile phone in the toilet:-D

And then we went off, right on target, it was one tornado warning in the environment ( there are currently here soo many times) and we drove right inside the head. To 18h, it was sooo dark black of the clouds, it has tapp poured without end, that was really besängstigend! Well, we are having survived:-D I've bought myself
case and then was seen with Vanessa Dear John, that's it.

Sat we went back to Maike and Vanessa to the lake and at night have both stayed here and Maike grabbed my bag:-D and Tata, while we were beautiful on packing the tornado siren went in Shakopee. Finally:-D I wanted that is necessarily even noticed:-D The night went on it 3 times (the siren is iwo in our neighborhood, seriously loud!) , But unfortunately it was my Hostdad not bother to go to the basement, which is just too relaxed:-D

Sun morning we went to go to Brit's 7.30am see Pub at Dtld against Engl and. Of course, very cool in a British pub:-D Was super again, too bad that the next game there, I no longer :-(

noticed then we went to a little gay pride parade in Minneapolis.

are at 18h and then the guests for my farewell party been trude according really weird, my farewell party. ... The other day I had my farewell party but only in Dtld. and here already? Mhhhh. ... Was definitely was a great night and my family have once again the best of which there are probably far and wide. Ben and Will I get drawings with "I will miss you so much" and then ne Minnesota pants, a T-shirt Minnesota, Ritter Sport chocolate and a picture book of my year. Annie thanks with the words "Thanks for a wonderful year" and on Facebook it has in the evening a photo posted with the title "Happy last week Sandra. Thanks for being part of our family. "Just too sweet, I fall more and more real in all of the others ...
I also get great stuff, was really a nice evening, but the parting was funny then, because it simply unreal ... is

has now started today my last work week and I try to time with Ben and welcome to enjoy as much as possible, even if I want the often shoot to the moon could ...:-D

The next time I will notify me thoroughly from my trip ... Friday night's starts at 7.30am to Seattle, where I'll stay over at Lena and Saturday WE go with her on a festival and Sunday the 4th of July Parade. Up Wed then I stay in a hostel in downtown, then goes on to LA's where to start then my Sun Suntrek tour will be on 17 end in San Francisco, where I 22/07 to Thurs. will stay with Stephanie before we return to Dtld ....

short again, for purely ascribe too much time around here I'm not at the moment. Time is running just like this and I still feel the need to do so many things. Only 2 ½ weeks, I have here in Minnesota, incredibly: (

Ben now summer vacation is over the most relaxed schedule with Will. Ben = Action, and indeed the whole day. The boy has too much energy:-D But I like it so very well, now I feel at least no longer being challenged:-D Every now and then I get really a crisis, children can rob a real last nerve and the sense to convey that the au pair job really is one of the most strenuous in the world:-D Ok, that was now one probably a bit exaggerated, but who thinks that the Au Pair work is left is totally, really wrong! ;-)




Otherwise gabs a reunion with Anka, her au pair year went in December to En us, now she is back for 3 weeks in Minnesota and is very happy about it - of course, gives the joy of life in Dtld ... not!

football World Cup is of course also pursued, on Sun gabs with a lot of other ger au pairs in a pub in Minneaopolis public viewing on the rooftop above the roofs of Minneapolis with full Fanausrüstung and mood. Were also a lot of other Germans there was, really cool :-) Unfortunately the next play dumb at times (6.30 in the Early) and during the week, so can not repeat so quickly.

on Sat gabs NEN little trip to Duluth to Lake Superior (largest confectionery ssersee the U.S.) with Janine, Vanessa and Maike. At 9 was the 3-hour ride going to northern Minnesota. Unfortunately, up there doofes weather, dense fog has spoiled the normally beautiful views of the lake, but still threw very beautiful up there. Also, I was with Janine, Natalie and Christina still in baseball, as the cousin of Natalia's Hostdad the Minnesota Twins play Kansas City and tickets had opponents. Very cool:) Had some really great and the new Twins stadium songwriter really great!

Road Trip to Mount Rushmore

Hello my friends,

last week I had a visit from my father and my sister. Was very nice, even if it was a bit exhausting at first:-D


Fri evening I flew to Chicago, where I met the two in the hostel. My sister is pretty huge (and bitchy ;-)) become otherwise has not changed a bit.

For lunch we met up with Marina, who just had a visit from her sister. Was great and it was as if we had only seen us yesterday. 5 Rench valleys in Chicago in the Rain Forest Cafe - very nice.
After that we then went their separate ways and the next time I'm in Marina in 4 months Dtld. see again.

We then proceeded to the Navy Pier, and after the weather had improved we are on the high Willi's Tower, from which one has an explosive view. there have spent nearly 3 hours to enjoy the city at night can be. It was worth it.

Sun gabs then again a walk went to the planetarium with a great view of the skyline and the 8-hour bus ride in the afternoon then go to Minneapolis. I was totally corrosive, it was hot, stuffy, uncomfortable and smelly boring on the bus:-D

In Minneapolis, Annie has picked us and next morning went on for me everyday, only that I had just accompaniment. Will and Ben were really great to both and they really extended. On the remaining days there was stuff like baseball, Minnehaha Falls, Sculpture Garden, bowl food, shopping, walking, etc. See on the program, it was definitely always something to do. The two has fallen here really great. Minnesota is now holding one of the most beautiful place of the U.S. Federal :-)

Friday morning it was for the two then to NY, I'm here had remained flat and everything went on as usual. Does not take long until we meet again, in 2 months I'm back ... and this is Favorite moment groooßes problem!
now where (in Minnesota), only 4 weeks to count the days every day one has yet, and time seems to pass twice as fast. Life here is just great in the summer (has for 3 weeks every day over 25 ° C), the host family is great, the other au pairs are great, everything is great. Since you do not really gone
:-( But I am happy when I no longer have to watch on children, which does not mean that I'm happy when I'm away from the children here. Quite the contrary, I am Ben and Will probably miss terribly :-(

Will today had its last pre-school day was finished off with a Fiesta (found I am indeed very sad and I'm the worried that I'll even miss his teachers:-D), in the summer holidays go Ben go from Wed. to grieve for the children a reason to celebrate, a reason for Au Pairs - as I have only last year the summer over? Past life is the most chilled out with only Will. As soon as Ben is, it is action, action, action and just not a moment ...:-D
