Islandman is the first triathlon on Norderney . The bicycle route extends down the promenade to the port, from there on the dike road to the Karl-Rieger-Weg, lighthouse, and back last parking lot. The last run 5 kilometers to go back over the promenade to the hotel on the Pique Kurplatz to the city-country route with a short detour to the windmill, Seehospiz, Emsstraße goal. So far, 38 applications for individual runners and 10 applications for the seasons. The Butenorderneyer Renato Dirks (Iron Man Hawaii participation, personal best 9:28 h!!)
